This isn’t just an art class, it’s a sensory journey to recharge your batteries. It's time to step out and explore the city with a whole new lens!
Instead of being a passive observer, let's step up to be the main characters of our city. Together, we’ll venture the neighborhood streets, discover those overlooked details through our hands and ears, and find your very own "healing superpower."
Through the 4 sessions of “Ground Yourself” journey, you will build yourself an “Urban Armor” with collected sounds and textures, offering a space to reconnect with yourself and this city.

【打開感官】 收集和探索那些平日被忽略的城市聲音與城市中獨特質感
【共同創作】 將素材、日常生活物件變成一件為你帶來安全感與力量的與可穿帶的「城市盔甲」
【重新連結】 在忙碌的日常中「接地氣」，重新與自己、與這個城市好好連結。
工作坊 1 ： 聲音漫步（Sound Walk）： 參加者將分組進行聲音採集，外出尋找城市中令自己感到平靜、安心或反思的聲音（如風聲、水聲、機械節奏、樹葉聲 等）。
工作坊 2 ： 觸覺探索（Tactile Mapping）： 引導參加者透過觸摸、拍照與素描，記錄城市中不同的物料質感（牆磚、樹皮、金屬扶手、布料、市集物件等）， 並為每種質感命名或賦予感覺詞。
工作坊 3 ： 感官接地（Sensory Grounding）： 將錄製的聲音與收集的物料轉化為抽象的聲音拼貼或混合媒介作品，表達個人眼中的「治癒之力」。
工作坊4 ：「城市盔甲」工作坊（Urban Armor Workshop）： 參加者以所收集的聲音節奏與物料質感為靈感，共同製作象徵自我保護與力量的「個人盔甲」，可呈現為可穿戴裝置、聲音裝置或裝置物件。
Target Audience: Tertiary students, young professionals, and anyone who is passionate about urban exploration, sensory hunting, and hands-on crafting!

👟 Outdoor & Safety Tips:
Urban Exploration: This project includes outdoor community walks and material gathering. Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing (like a T-shirt and sneakers) and look out for your own safety.
Hands-on Textures: We will be touching various materials and surfaces in the neighborhood. If you have sensitive skin, please take note! 👋
📸 Photo & Video Documentation:
We will be taking photos and videos during the workshops to document your creative journey and the final showcase.
