We accept online payments via Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Alipay. Cash payment is only available for in-person pickup during 1a space office hours. If you choose cash payment, please note that we will notify you via email to schedule a pickup time, and please prepare the exact amount (no change will be provided). All transactions are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

Orders containing pre-sale items will be shipped within 15 working days starting from the official book launch date. Shipping is subject to carrier service hours.

Carrier: Local and overseas orders via Hong Kong Post.

Customs Duties: Import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Customs clearance in some regions requires personal identity information. Please provide details that exactly match your identification documents. Collected personal data is used solely for shipping purposes and will be destroyed within 15 working days after the completion of the order.

Transfer of Risk: 1a space is not responsible for any loss or damage once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Failed Delivery: If returned due to failed delivery or incorrect information, the return and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customers.
Orders not re-shipped within 1 month of notification will be cancelled without refund.

Each order has a limit of 5 copies. For orders of more than 5 copies, please place separate orders or contact us at info@oneaspace.org.hk for a direct quote.

All sales are final once the order is confirmed. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or returns.

Items subject to availability. We may cancel orders for unavailable items and refund the item cost. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Pickup orders must be collected within 1 month of notification. Uncollected orders will be cancelled without refund.
